October 17th: Vancouver Opera at Queen Elizabeth Theatre -- La Traviata at 6:00 PM.

October 22nd: Youth Connect at Roundhouse (grade 10's only) at 8:30 AM- 3:00 PM lunch provided

October 22nd: Writer's Festival "Love Sucks" meeting at 9:30 AM Revue Stage 1601 Johnston, 10:15-11:45 (grades 11-12 only)

October 24th: Vancouver Public Library in the classroom -- guest speaker Jean clears your library fines gets you a card and talks to the class about what the library offers, including publishing for teens @City School

October 30th: Civil Liberties Conference at SFU Harbour Centre 515 W Hastings -- 8:30 AM -3:00 PM (meet at 8:15)
